    摘要:

    飞机起落架缓冲支柱大部分机构的动作是通过轴和孔联接实现的,其配合通常为间隙或过渡。零件基体上的衬套通常采用冷缩压套法安装,衬套材料尤以铜合金居多。介绍一种采用套式合金铰刀加工装配件铜套内孔及端面的手工铰削工艺,该工艺方法经济、高效,质量稳定,尤其适合批量加工。

    Abstract:

    The movement of the aircraft landinggear damper structure is implemented through the shaft and hole connection which is usually a clearance fit or a transition fit.The bushing on the base of the parts is usually installed by using cold shrink method,the bushing material is especially copper alloy.A process was described in which sleeve type alloy reamer was used to machine the copper sleeve bush inner hole and the end face by hand ream.The process method is economical,efficient,stable quality,especially suitable for batch processing.
