    摘要:

    基于ZigBee的无线通信传输,开发了船舶轴功率监测系统,实现对船舶轴系的扭矩和转速的实时测量,通过对轴功率的实时监测进而对主机的故障进行诊断。同时对该监测系统进行了软件、硬件设计,并通过实验测定了主机在两种故障状态下的轴功率输出。测量结果表明:该系统具有较高的准确性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The ship shaft power monitoring system was developed, based on ZigBee wireless communication transmission. It could be realized of measure the real time torque and rotational speed of marine shafting, and in this way, make a fault diagnosis on the main engine. At the same time, the design for the software and hardware of the monitoring system was carried out, and the power output of the main engine in two kinds of fault states was determined by experiments. The results show that the system has high accuracy and reliability.
