Designed a unloading brick machine and device which is both ends clamping type to solve the problem of unloading brick machines lowefficiency and poor reliability. Whats more, use the ANSYS software to give the static analysis and modal analysis to the playwood which is in the perform unit and then to optimize its structure. And the analysis result shows that the plywood structure has already satisfied the application requirements from strength and stiffness and reduce the quality. In this way, it has improve the reliability of perform unit and offer the theoretical support to have a further discussion about the strengthening and optimization of unloading brick machine and device.
