    摘要:

    为解决某动车公司转向架上的轴承在不同工序中的搬运问题,设计了柔性移载红外控制提升系统。系统主要由控制操作模块和提升起重模块组成:控制操作模块通过模糊控制策略,实现了重物升降的运动特性与操作者的操作意图相匹配;提升起重模块提供轴承提升和下降的动力,并可实现轴承在升降过程中的位置保持和紧急制动。根据理论计算并结合实际工况对系统各个元器件进行了合理的选型,确定了总体设计方案,解决了轴承运转过程中人工搬运劳动强度大、工作效率低且易发生危险事故等问题。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the manual handling problems of one company highspeed MU bogie bearings, an infrared control hoisting system was designed to transfer load flexibly based on the highspeed MU bogie bearings, which was mainly composed of control operation module and improve lifting module. Control operation module was used to realize different speed raising and falling of bearing, implementing the weight lifting match the operators operating intentions. Hoisting system reduced the labor intensity of workers, achieving the goal of handling bearings safety and efficiently. The reasonable selection of each component was provided according to the actual working condition and calculating data of two modules, and the overall design scheme was determined. The system solves the problems such as big artificial operation handling labor intensity, low working efficiency, and easy to produce risk accident etc in the bearings transfer process. 
