Abstract:In order to solve the manual handling problems of one company highspeed MU bogie bearings, an infrared control hoisting system was designed to transfer load flexibly based on the highspeed MU bogie bearings, which was mainly composed of control operation module and improve lifting module. Control operation module was used to realize different speed raising and falling of bearing, implementing the weight lifting match the operators operating intentions. Hoisting system reduced the labor intensity of workers, achieving the goal of handling bearings safety and efficiently. The reasonable selection of each component was provided according to the actual working condition and calculating data of two modules, and the overall design scheme was determined. The system solves the problems such as big artificial operation handling labor intensity, low working efficiency, and easy to produce risk accident etc in the bearings transfer process.
