    摘要:

    对某型装载机液压系统的工作原理进行分析,在此基础上建立装载机液压系统故障树,利用现代测试技术对装载机液压系统运行参数进行在线监测,利用PHP和MYSQL开发技术设计装载机人机交互故障诊断专家系统,通过设计无线网络接口,实现监测系统和专家系统信息的Socket传输,当装载机在使用过程中发生故障时,通过分析故障外在表现和在线监测参数,应用专家系统快速排除和解决故障。

    Abstract:

    The working principle of a loader hydraulic system was analyzed. On the basis of establishment of loader hydraulic system fault tree, modern testing techniques were used for loader hydraulic system operating parameters online monitoring, and PHP and MYSQL development technology were used to design loaders humancomputer interaction fault diagnosis expert system. Through the design of wireless network interface, the Socket transmission of monitoring system and expert system information was realized. When a failure occurs in the course of the loader, through the fault analysis of external performance and monitoring parameters online, the application of expert system can eliminate and solve problems quickly.
