A pulsed laser ranging system was designed with SPLLL90 semiconductor laser diode and photoelectric conversion of AD5009 photoelectric detector. In order to enhance time measurement accuracy, a time digital converter chip TDCGP22 was used. Microcontroller read the measurement results with SPI interface technology. Then the records were not transmitted to the LCD12864 indicator until they were processed by STM32. The test results indicate that the precision can reach 65 ps and it can meet the requirements of industrial domain.
