    摘要:

    履带车辆综合传动装置在油源单一、污染严重的工况下,换挡操纵液压阀系统容易因滑阀卡紧而导致换挡不灵敏,更严重的可能因滑阀卡死而导致挂双挡等严重故障。针对这种情况,建立液压滑阀污染卡紧力模型,探究其在综合传动装置的特殊工况下该套液压阀系统的最敏感间隙范围,并对该液压系统搭建台架进行试验验证。结果表明:阀芯和阀孔的平均径向间隙在900~1000 μm之间时,卡紧力最大,对综合传动装置的特殊工况最为敏感;偏心率对滑阀性能影响非常大,等间隙下偏心率的增大既导致滑阀泄漏量增大,又增大其污染卡紧力。

    Abstract:

    Due to the characteristics of single oil source and severe pollution in the power shift steering transmission of tracked vehicles, the shift operating valve system may be easily clamped and can not work sensitively. A contamination radial force model was proposed to explore the most sensitive clearance range of the hydraulic system under the given conditions. A test bench was built to verify the accuracy of the model. The result shows that the radial force reaches the maximum when the average clearance lies between 900~1000 μm, which is substantially sensitive to the given situation of power shift steering transmission. The eccentricity between the valve body and core has a great impact on the performance of the spool valve. The leakage quality increases and the contamination clamp force when the eccentricity increases at an identical clearance. 
