    摘要:

    设计开发了滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度测试系统,包括液压加载控制系统、螺母副微位移测试系统。设计了以测力传感器输出信号为基准的刚度检测方案。按照标准测试试验流程,通过RS232通信接口实现了对滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度的测试和曲线的实时显示。为滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度的深入研究,进一步提高滚珠丝杠副的定位精度提供了技术方法及试验平台。

    Abstract:

    The axial static rigidity test system of ball screw pair were designed and developed. The hydraulic loading control system and a nut pair of micro displacement test system were included. A stiffness testing plan was designed which used the force transducer output signal as a benchmark. According to the standard test procedure, the ball screw pair of axial static rigidity test and curve of realtime display were implemented through the RS232 communication interface. For the indepth study of the axial static rigidity of ball screw pair and further improve the positioning precision of the ball screw pair, the technical method and test platform are provided. 
