    摘要:

    基于先导式溢流阀的工作原理,采用AMESim建立该阀的仿真模型,以多个参数为因变量对先导式溢流阀进行研究,得到各参数与压力和流量之间的规律。结果表明,阻尼孔直径、弹簧刚度及溢流口直径等是影响先导式溢流阀性能的关键因素。该方法为先导式溢流阀结构的优化设计提供依据,而且为开展类似阀门特性测量试验提供帮助。

    Abstract:

    The simulation model of piloted relief valve was established by using AMESim based on the working principle of the valve. The study of piloted relief valve was conducted with multiple parameters as the dependent variable. The laws between all parameters and the pressure and the quantity of flow were obtained. The results show that damping hole diameter, spring stiffness and the overflow port diameter are determined as the key factors which influenced the performance of piloted relief valve. The method provides the reference for the optimal design of the structure of piloted relief valve, and is helpful for doing the similar valve characteristic experiments.
