Abstract:Aimed at the status quo of integrated displacement sensor of magneticgratinglike hydraulic cylinder unable to measure displacement with accuracy, related sensor signal processing technology was researched. Through the analysis of the mathematical model of sensor response signal, the preprocessing methods for dedicated direct current (DC) component of the filter, pulse interference filter and ultraharmonics analysis were designed. On this basis, in order to improve the precision of signal subdivision, support vector machine (SVM) was used, and the multiple of signal subdivision was reached at 350. The measured results can meet requirement of accurate measurement of displacement sensor, and achieve expected effects.
