Abstract:According to the characteristics of the surface belongs to variable crosssection of the moving blade of a turbine, the visible change of curvature, the cylindrical surface structure of the blade root platform, the cone structure of blade tips shroud platform, the fouraxis linkage machining method was proposed. The MasterCAM software was used in the modeling for surface, and the Pro/E software was used in the modeling for the blade root and shroud platform and the fillet and in tools trace programming. The Gcode program was obtained through specialized postprocess software. The fouraxis vertical type machining center was used to process the blade profile of steam passage, the cylindrical and the cone platform. Consequently, the process method for using fouraxis machining center to process the cylindrical and cone crown structure moving blade is obtained.
