    摘要:

    为了分析磁粉制动器在变转速液压系统中的加载性能,在液压实验台上设计实验,研究其静、动态加载性能。实验结果表明:磁粉制动器作为加载元件,存在加载死区,工作电压范围内线性度较好,静态加载存在滞环现象;由于存在迟滞现象,开环压力阶跃加载时对应同一加载电压,压力值大小不同;压力闭环加载控制无稳态误差,对于阶跃、正弦和斜坡流量干扰信号的抗扰动能力强。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the loading performance of the magnetic powder brake in the variable speed hydraulic system, the experiment was designed. The static and dynamic load performance was studied on the hydraulic experimental platform. Experimental results show that: Magnetic particle brake as a loading element, there is a loading dead zone and a good linearity in the range of working voltage. There is hysteretic phenomenon when static loading. Because of the hysteretic phenomenon, the openloop pressure step loading the pressure value is different while the load voltage is same. There is no steady state error in the pressure closed loop load control, and the anti disturbance ability is strong for the signal of the step, sine and ramp flow disturbance.
