    摘要:

    通过试验得到成形磨齿切向磨削力,基于有限元分析理论,采用矩形移动热源模型对成形磨齿温度场进行了瞬态分析,得到了某种工况下的温度分布图和温度梯度分布图。研究表明:成形磨齿加工过程中,齿面末端靠近齿根处温度最高,非常容易出现烧伤情况。对齿面最高温度进行了理论计算与仿真,得到了不同磨削深度下的温度曲线图,通过对比磨削温度的理论值与仿真值,证明了仿真结果的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    Forming grinding tangential force was obtained by experiment. Based on the theory of FEA, rectangular moving heat source model was adopted to the transient analysis of temperature field in gear form grinding, and temperature field distribution profiles and temperature gradient distribution profiles in a certain operating mode were got. The research indicates that in the process of gear form grinding, the highest temperature occurs at the end of the tooth surface and beside the tooth root, where grinding burn easily occurs. The highest temperature value of tooth surface was calculated theoretically and simulated, so the temperature curves under different grinding depth were obtained. Compared with the theoretical and simulative values of grinding temperature, the simulation results prove reliable.
