Aiming at the problem of pressure pulsation in pump and valve combined EHA owing to pump source pressure change, the effect of the accumulator absorbing pressure pulsation was analyzed, the selfadaption accumulator consisted of proportional control valve and ordinary accumulator was proposed. Through changing the opening degree of proportional valve, the circulation area of the accumulator inlet pipe was changed, namely the natural frequency of the accumulator was changed. The controller was designed. The simulation results show that the effect that the selfadaption accumulator absorbs pressure pulsation is better than ordinary accumulator when pump source pressure changes.
