    摘要:

    电动载货爬楼车,可帮助操作人员轻松地实现重物安全快捷的上下楼梯,降低劳动强度。首先对曲柄摇杆式载货爬楼车进行方案分析,包括总体方案与爬楼装置曲柄摇杆机构的分析。然后基于SolidWorks的motion与Simulation插件对曲柄摇杆式载货爬楼车进行运动学、动力学仿真分析。对其进行了爬楼过程中行走轮中心的轨迹分析、电机与减速器的参数分析、曲柄摇杆机构的优化设计。仿真得到了相关动力参数及优化的结构参数, 仿真结果表明曲柄摇杆式载货爬楼车方案可行且运行平稳。

    Abstract:

    The batterypowered stairs climbing loading car can help the operators realize theheavyweight going up and down the stairs safely and quickly, alsoreduce the amount of labor.The project of stairs climbing loading carbased on crankrocker mechanism was firstly analyzed, including the overall project and crankrocker mechanism.Then the kinematics and dynamics of crankrocker mechanism were simulated and analyzed based on the plugof motion and Simulation in SolidWorks. Moving track in the center of walking wheel during climbing process, parameter of motor and reducer were both analyzed. Besides, the crankrocker mechanism was optimallydesigned.Some parameters of dynamics and optimized mechanismwere achievedby simulation.The result of simulation shows that the project of stairs climbing loading car based on crankrocker mechanism is feasible and running smoothly.
