The traditional pneumatic balancer has shortcomings of variable cylinder, small carrying ability, complex control system, poor performance.To solve the problem, from two aspects of mechanical structure and control system, a new type of pneumatic balancer was designed. Coupled with the actual working conditions, in the form of structure diagram and flow chart, the design idea and principle of the new type pneumatic balancer were specified in detail.
