Abstract:A structure scheme of the double blades polishing machine was proposed which could be polish two saw blades at the same time,so the production efficiency was improved. The original horizontal structure was changed to vertical structure to reduce the cover area. The 3D model of the drive shaft was established by using Pro/E.The static and vibration analyses of the drive shaft were finished by using ANSYS software. The stress distribution, structural deformation, the first six order formation figures were obtained. The analysis results show that the node maximum equivalent stress and the maximal displacement are within the prescribed scope, the vibration frequency is greater than the vibration source frequency, resonance will not occurred.Practice shows that the double blade polishing machine runs well, meeting enterprise actual needs.
