    摘要:

    针对以乳化液为工作介质的曲轴连杆式低速大扭矩马达静压支撑结构,采用优化设计的方法,以最佳乳化液膜厚度、承载能力、乳化液膜刚度为优化目标,以静压支撑的结构参数和压降系数、阻尼管直径和长度、负载压力为设计变量。综合考虑加工难度和马达的功能要求,得到优化结果:阻尼管的直径为04 mm、长度为40 mm、静压支撑的压降系数为085、最佳乳化液膜厚度为2 μm。设计了满足功能要求的马达静压支撑结构。

    Abstract:

    By focused on the static pressure support of camshaft connectingrod type low speed high torque motor with emulsion as working medium, the method of optimization design was adopted. The best emulsion film thickness, the bearing capacity and emulsion membrane stiffness were selected to be optimization objectives. The structure parameters of the static pressure support, damping tube diameter and length, the load pressure and the pressure drop coefficient were taken as design variables. By synthetically considering machining difficulty and the functional requirements of the motor, optimization results were obtained. It includes the damping tube diameter is 04 mm, the damping tube length is 40 mm, the pressure drop coefficient of the static pressure support is 085, and the best emulsion film thickness is 2 μm. The design can meet the functional requirements of the motor static pressure support structure.
