    摘要:

    建立了活塞式流量计内泄漏模型,推导出了泄漏流态为层流时的计量相对误差计算公式。针对计量相对误差模型,探究了计量相对误差与间隙等影响因素之间的变化关系。最后根据计量相对误差与各影响因素的仿真结果,对活塞间隙做了理论优化,确定了理论间隙设计值的取值范围,从而提高了流量计的计量精度。

    Abstract:

    An internal leakage model for the flowmeter of piston type was established. Formulas of relative measuring accuracy were deduced when the leakage flow regime was laminar. For the measuring accuracy model of flowmeter, the relations of changing between relative measuring error and its influence factors were investigated. Finally, the piston clearance is optimized in theory to get the scope of design value based on simulation results of measuring accuracy and all influence factors, which will improve the measuring accuracy of flow meter.
