    摘要:

    自卸车液压举升机构由本车发动机提供动力实现车厢卸下和回位,以此实现货物的快速高效运输。以某自卸车举升系统为研究对象,对该车液压举升缸铰接点位置为优化设计对象,建立系统的虚拟样机模型,对液压举升机构的运动学和动力学特性进行分析,并对举升机构液压缸的铰接点位置进行优化设计。利用ADAMS建立自卸车后置直顶式液压举升系统的仿真模型,对后置直顶式液压举升机构进行优化设计,考虑边界约束、不干涉性约束、举升缸最大摆角约束、举升缸安装长度约束和最大缸径约束以及最大举升容量约束等6个约束条件。以举升缸最大长度最小为优化目标,确定了举升缸的参数后,再以举升缸的最大举升力最小为目标对举升机构进行优化分析,得到了液压缸铰接点的最佳位置,使得最大长度减少了145%,最大举升力减小了147%,为改进设计提供有力的依据。最后进行试验分析,验证了理论分析的准确性。

    Abstract:

    The power of hydraulic lifting system is provided by engine of dump truck to achieve car unloading and return, in order to achieve goods fast and efficient transport. Taking a dump truck lifting system as the research object, the lifting hydraulic cylinder articulated position was taken as the optimize design object, and the virtual prototype model of the system was established. The kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the hydraulic lifting mechanism were analyzed, and the hydraulic cylinder articulated position of the lifting system was optimized. The simulation model of the dump truck rear straight top hydraulic lifting system was established based on ADAMS, and the lifting system was optimized, considering the boundary constraint, no interfere constraint, lifting cylinder maximum pendulum angle constraint, lifting cylinder installed length constraint and maximum diameter constraint and the maximum lifting capacity constraint. The lifting cylinder maximum length minimum was taken as the optimization objective to determine the parameters of the lifting cylinder, and then the lifting cylinder maximum lift force minimum was taken as the goal of lifting mechanism to make optimization, so the best articulated position of the hydraulic cylinder was gotten. Through optimization design, the maximum length is reduced by 145%, and the maximum lift force is reduced by 147%, which provide a strong basis for the design improvement. Finally, the experimental analysis was carried out to verify the accuracy of the theory.
