    摘要:

    大型自升塔式起重机采用液压双缸顶升降节,两液压缸运动的同步性对安全施工有重要影响。为此,借助AMESim对某塔机原双缸顶升系统建模仿真,发现其降节不同步原因在于将法国POTAIN塔机单缸顶升简单倍加用于国产双缸系统,据此对原系统进行改进。仿真结果表明,改进后的系统可以实现双缸顶升塔机降节操作的同步性要求。

    Abstract:

    In heavy selfelevating tower crane, hydraulic doublecylinder lifting and dropping is adopted,it’〖KG-*2〗s very important for the safe construction to ensure two cylinders synchronous motion. For this reason,the simulation of original double cylinder lifting hydraulic system for a tower crane was made with the help of AMESim. The cause of nonsynchronous motion was the singlecylinder lifting of French POTAIN tower crane was used double in the domestic two cylinder systems. Hereby,the original system was improved. Simulation results show the new system can implement double cylinder synchronization requirements in the drop tower operation.
