    摘要:

    连通式油气悬架对于消除不平路面对车架的过大载荷和实现较好的侧倾特性具有重要意义,在不断朝着大吨位和高行驶速度方向发展的工程车辆上应用普遍。以连通式油气悬架作为研究对象,采用试验和仿真相结合的方法,研究油气悬架阻尼孔两端压差和活塞杆受力情况。建立油气悬架的数学模型,找出影响性能的参数;搭建双缸连通式油气悬架试验台,通过改变阻尼孔规格、油缸运动速度、蓄能器充气压力、两缸相位差等参数,在试验台上进行双缸连通油气悬架试验,分析不同参数对油气悬架阻尼孔两端的压差变化情况和活塞杆的受力情况的影响。基于AMESim建立双缸连通式油气悬架模型,对比仿真结果与试验结果,修正模型参数,最终搭建双连通式油气悬架在不同工作状况下的分析模型,分析方法和分析结果可指导油气悬架的设计研究。

    Abstract:

    Interconnected hydropneumatic suspension has important significance to eliminate large load to frame caused by uneven road and to achieve better roll characteristics, which is generally used in engineering vehicles constantly developed toward large tonnage and high speed.Taking the interconnected hydropneumatic suspension system as the research object, through test and simulation, the pressure difference between the two ends of the damping hole and the force of the piston rod were analyzed. The mathematical model of the hydropneumatic suspension was established. The parameters affecting the performance of the suspension were found out. A double cylinder interconnected hydropneumatic suspension test rig was built. By changing the damping hole diameter, cylinder movement speed, accumulator charging pressure, two cylinder phase difference and other parameters, the interconnected hydropneumatic suspension characteristics were analyzed on the suspension test rig, the influences of different parameters of hydro pneumatic suspension on damping holes both ends pressure difference changes and piston rod force were analyzed. The interconnected hydropneumatic suspension model was built based on the AMESim. Through comparison between simulation results and test results, the model parameters were modified, the analysis model of the interconnected hydropneumatic suspension in different working conditions was eventually built. The analysis method and the analysis results can guide the oil and gas suspension design and research.
