    摘要:

    液压缸是工程机械产品的执行元件,液压缸测试试验台是进行液压缸产品质量检测的必要设备,是液压缸质量监控的保障。介绍了液压缸性能试验台的系统组成、原理和特点,对台架结构进行了强度和刚度分析并进行了优化设计,给出了台架结构图和有限元分析结果。结果表明:优化后的试验台适应能力强,在进行液压缸负载效率测试时台架弯曲变形极小。

    Abstract:

    Hydraulic cylinder is the executive component of engineering machinery products. The test bench for the hydraulic cylinder performance which provides guarantees for quality monitoring of the hydraulic cylinder, is necessary for hydraulic parts quality test.System composition, principle and characteristics of test bench for hydraulic cylinder performance were presented. Based on the strength and stiffness analysis of bench structure, optimal design was carried out. Structure diagram and finite element numerical analysis results were provided. The results indicate that the optimized test bench is adaptable and the bending deflection of test bench is very small in the hydraulic cylinder load efficiency test.
