    海洋桩基平台调平器是一种精密的水下作业机械,桩基平台安装过程中,需要调平器进行调平,其夹紧工作负荷常常会达到几千吨。介绍了桩基平台调平器系统结构,分析了其上夹紧机构和下夹紧机构的力学模型。采用有限元方法分析了夹紧块工作时桩基导管和桩脚裙套的变形和受力。建立了桩基调平器实验系统,验证了调平器工作过程,获取了导管和裙套夹紧时的变形受力特点,与理论分析结果基本吻合。该结果为桩基平台调平器的夹紧装置优化设计提供了一定的理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Offshore Pile platform leveler is a kind of sophisticated underwater machinery, pile platform need to be leveled in the installation process, its clamping workload often reaches several thousand tons. Pile platform leveler system architecture was introduced. Its mechanical models of upper and lower clamping mechanism were analyzed. The deformation and stress of pile catheter and Spud skirt sets were analyzed by using the finite element method (FEM) when clamping block works. A pile leveler experimental system was established, leveling working process was verified, the clamped deformation stress characteristics of catheter and Spud skirt sets were acquired, and the results were basically consistent with the theoretical analysis. The results provide certain theoretical foundation for the pile platform leveler clamping device of optimization design.
