Dynamic torque measurement is needed in all kinds of mechanical products research and development, test and analysis, quality inspection, security and optimization control. The mechanical structure and main parts of the dynamic torque instrument based on wireless transmission were designed. Reasonable elastic shaft, shaft coupling and other parts were chosen, and the structure shape and size of the shell and base were designed. The measuring accuracy and reliability of the dynamic torque meter are improved.
