    摘要:

    借助于夹具,将零件的平面加工和钻孔等工序安排在一台车床上,充分发挥车床高效加工能力,减少转序时间,提高加工效率。由夹具控制零件与车床的相对位置,由夹具精度保证零件加工精度。平面加工采用5点定位,V形块夹紧机构。钻孔加工采用6点定位,螺纹连接夹紧。夹具体设计为圆形,便于安装在车床三爪卡盘上。

    Abstract:

    With the aid of fixture, plane and drilling machining can be arranged on a lathe,then lathe processing ability can be give full play, turn order time can be reduced, machining efficiency can be improved. Fixture was used to control the relative position of the part and lathe, the fixture precision was used to ensure parts processing precision. Plane processing was 5 points positioning, v-shaped block was used as clamping mechanism. Drilling was 6 points positioning, screw thread was used as clamping and connection. Fixture body was designed circular, easy to install on the lathe chuck triangle.
