    摘要:

    针对煤矿巷道临时支护支架的实际工况特点,从节能高效的角度将负载敏感原理应用于支架的开环同步回路中,并建立该系统的AMESim仿真模型,通过空载、恒载、变载3种情况下泵的动态响应结果与理论分析作比较,验证了该模型的正确性。着重研究三组大偏载变化对同步精度的影响,仿真结果表明:该同步系统的位移同步误差和速度同步误差均较小。

    Abstract:

    According to actual condition characteristics of temporary support for roadways of coal mine, loadsensing principle was applied to the open loop synchronous circuit of support in the view of energy saving and high efficiency. Then simulation model of the system was established and accuracy of model was verified by the comparison of theoretical analysis results through dynamic response characteristic of noload, dead load and variable load. Finally, the effect of synchronous accuracy with three groups of variation with large eccentric loads was emphatically studied. The simulation results show that both synchronous errors of the displacement and the speed in the system are minor. 
