Abstract:Taking the wind turbine gearbox as the research object, and the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor (DSP) and 3G wireless communication module EM820W were chosen to build the hardware platform, a kind of embedded realtime fault monitoring system was designed. The system used DSP to achieve the function of data acquisition, storage and data signal analysis of wind power growth box, and the wireless communication module EM820W was used to realize the data transmission of wireless communication function. DSP analysis results and raw data collected were sent to the host computer, in order to achieve the remote online diagnosis and monitoring function and monitor the working status of the growth box.
