The previous researches of the meshing characteristics of double circular arc gear do not consider the influence of helical angle. The classified discussion was made of changing rule of the distance of different meshing points that depend on different helical angle of the gear. The influence on interval division of factor by different helical angle was considered again. There was a table given for meshing characteristics of the gear, and the multipoint mesh factor and multipairs tooth mesh factor were calculated at different helical angle. The research result makes perfect the meshing characteristics of the gear, and provides reference for following research of double circular arc gear, quadruplearc gear, and so on.
