    摘要:

    管道的弯曲角度影响流体流动特性与管道应力分布。利用有限元方法对不同曲率情况下管道的流固耦合特性进行了分析,研究了流固耦合作用下不同曲率管道的等效应力、位移变形和流体流动特性规律。结果表明:弯曲角度大于135°时对管道的固有频率影响较大;流体对弯曲管道壁面产生的作用力导致管道发生变形,管道的最大位移变形和管道内流体的最大流速随着弯曲角度的增加均先增加后减小。

    Abstract:

    The flow characteristics of the fluid and stress distribution of the pipe were affected by the pipe bending angles. The fluidsolid coupling characteristics of pipes in different bending curvatures were analyzed by using the finite element method. The equivalent stress, displacement deformation and the law of fluid flow characterastics of pipes in different curvatures were studied under the effect of fluidsolid coupling. The results show that bending angle has a greater effect on the natural frequency of pipe when it is greater than 135 degrees. Besides, the force on curved pipe wall which is produced by fluid leads to deformation of pipeline. The maximum displacement deformation of pipeline and the maximum velocity of fluid in the pipeline both increase first and then decrease with the increase of bending angle.
