摘要:

用拉床加工法兰轴套内六角键槽，存在分度不均问题。设计工装，利用工装精度保证零件加工精度，工装结构简单、操作方便，零件制造较容易。

Abstract:

With broaching machine to process flange axle housing keyway,dividing inequality problem is existed.A tool was designed,the precision of this tool was used to ensure parts processing precision.The tool has simple structure,convenient operation.So part manufacture is easier.
