    摘要:

    非特征建模方法是逆向工程中的重要研究内容。通过对目前应用比较广泛的基于探测轮廓线和基于探测曲率的逆向非特征建模的方法分别进行了总结和分析,在此基础上提出了一种基于边界划分的逆向非特征建模,并详细介绍了该方法的一般流程及优势。以逆向建模软件Geomagic Studio为平台,通过对复杂特征的模型进行逆向建模及误差分析,验证了该建模方法的优势,为逆向非特征建模提供了一种新的建模方法。

    Abstract:

    The method of nonfeature modeling has become the important studies of research in reverse engineering. The widely used methods of reverse nonfeature modeling which were based on detect contour and curvature were summarized and analyzed, and a nonfeature modeling method was proposed based on division of boundary, and the general process and the benefits of this nonfeature modeling approach were detailed. With the reverse modeling software Geomagic Studio as platform, the advantage of the reverse nonfeature modeling method is verified through modeling and error analysis of a model with complex feature, which provides a new method for the nonfeature modeling in reverse engineering.
