    摘要:

    QC12Y16×4000液压摆式剪板机在剪切板料时,随着剪切板料长度的增加,板料发生位移增大,在最严重时位移相差7 mm,说明在剪切过程中板料发生了明显的跑料现象。对跑料现象进行分析,得出压料脚压料力不够的结论。重新设计了压料脚并对液压系统进行改进,安装完后试验证明该改进方案合理,剪切板的精度达到并超过了国家检验Ⅰ级标准,满足用户要求。

    Abstract:

    When QC12Y16×4000 hydraulic swing beam shear was used to cut plate, with the length of plate increasing, the plate was moved. In severe cases, the displacement difference was 7 mm. It was shown that the plate had moved seriously in cutting process. By analyzing plate moving phenomenon, the reason was that holddown pressure was less. By redesigning the holddown foot and the hydraulic system, the experimental result shows that the improving plan is reasonable, cutting plate precision reaches and exceeds the shear machine national standard I level precision. User requirement is satisfied.
