Abstract:Owing to the size of the structural parts of most heavyduty machine tools, the complex structure of their foundations system, and affected by the joint surface and boundary conditions, the common simulation environments fail to meet the computational requirements. Firstly, the contact model of the static pressure guide was derived, and the realization of the boundary condition was presented. Then the cloud computing simulation platform of the heavy NC machine toolfoundation system was built. Finally, the influence of different factors on bearing deformation was analyzed based on the cloud computing platform.The results show that increase strength of concrete foundation surrounding soil or refilling soil surrounding concrete foundation can improve the foundation bearing capacity;The bearing deformation of the concrete foundation can be improvedby change width of concrete foundationof the main work area.
