    摘要:

    介绍了ZPMC轮式疲劳加载机的结构及原理,并对该机调试过程中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,分析了影响加载功能及精度的因素。结果表明:该加载机配备了水平移动和垂直移动系统,能够精确快速地定位加载轮的位置,满足各种加载工况的实施,为钢桥疲劳实验及第二代疲劳加载机的研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The wheel fatigue loading test machine by ZPMC of principle and structure were introduced. The problems existed during the debugging and commissioning of the machine were discussed, and the factors which influenced the loading function and accuracy of the machine were analyzed. The result shows that the loading machine equiped with system of horizontal and vertical movement can accurately locate the position of loading wheel quickly, and can satisfy different request in loading conditions, which has a guiding significance for research of loading fatigue test machine of second generation and for fatigue experiments of steel bridges.
