Through the analysis of energysaving characteristics of new throttling governing circuit constituted by doublestator pump, the throttling governing circuit could be used in high power system with high efficiency. Through a comparison with traditional throttling governing circuit,the results show that the new circuit constituted by doublestator pump can reduce overflow loss and throttling loss under constant load condition; under varying load condition, the circuit has approximately constant power output characteristics and the power loss of bypass overflow is reduced. This study makes the throttling governing circuit has wider power range, and lays a theoretical foundation for the application of new hydraulic components and circuits.
