Abstract:Aiming at the excess energy recycle issue in the running process of new energy vehicles, based on pressure electric material positive piezoelectric effect, a new recovery vehicle vibration energy way was proposed. Through combining the piezoelectric material installed in hydraulic shock absorber with the piston, the energy wasted in the vehicle running process was recovered and reused. By finite element analysis software, flow solid coupling analysis was made. The reasonable stress value of the substrate pasted with pressure electric material is obtained, and the maximum stress on fixed end of the substrate is 81099 MPa when vibrated. At the same time, through the stress analyses for the pressure electric material and substrate,it is gotten that how to select installation position of pressure electric material and substrate and how to select damping fluid, the piezoelectric vibration effect is the best, so that the energy recovery effect is the best. The mass appended to traditional piezoelectric generator is not needed,so the additional mass of vehicle is reduced.
