Abstract:In view of high cost for small amount workpiece holes deburring,the existing problems in the current electrochemical deburring device were analyzed by using TRIZ theory. The functional structure of the electrochemical deburring device was established and the functions and connection relationship of the functional units were determined. Based on these, the clamps, electrolyte system and device shell were designed through innovation method. What’〖KG-*2〗s more, the type of the processing power was selected and control system was designed. The device has advantages of convenient operation, compact construction, low cost, safety and reliability.
