    摘要:

    地下铲运机工作环境恶劣,装-运-卸及行走、制动、转向等都需要液压系统,系统性能和可靠性直接影响到整车的性能和寿命。根据ACY2型地下铲运机液压系统的结构特点,参考TORO007 液压系统对ACY2型地下铲运机进行改进,根据经典设计经验值,将轮胎与地面间的综合阻力系数从05降低到016;减小转向油缸的缸径,改变双联泵的排量;将制动系统由原来的液压制动改为弹簧制动;基于Automation Studio对改进前、后液压系统进行建模分析,对系统参数进行适当调整;对比分析改进后与原设计液压系统的相关参数及转向、制动性能,结果可知:改进后制动系统更加安全可靠,减低了系统中的压力,减小了局部的压降,具有更优的效果。研究结果为此类改进设计及生产提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The working environment of LHD is very bad, the functions realization including transport, loading and unloading, walking, braking and steering need hydraulic system all, whose performance and reliability directly affect the vehicle. According to the structure characteristics of ACY2 type underground loadhauldump(LHD) hydraulic system, the improved design to ACY2 type underground LHD hydraulic system was carried on referring to TORO007 type underground LHD. According to classical design experience, the comprehensive resistance coefficient between the tire and ground was reduced from 05 to 016; the steering hydraulic cylinder diameter was reduced to change double pump displacement; brake system was changed from hydraulic brake to brake spring; the analysis models of the hydraulic system that before and after optimization were built based on Automation Studio and the system parameters were adjusted. The improved design and the original design parameters of the hydraulic system were comparatively analyzed, and the steering and braking performances were comparatively analyzed. The results show that: the performance of the braking hydraulic system is more safe and reliable, the pressure in the system is reduced, the local pressure drop is reduced. The improved design system has better effect.The research provides reference for similar design.
