    摘要:

    探求合理的气门落座规律是提高气门可靠性的一项重要措施。建立了液压驱动式气门的AMESim仿真模型,通过对发动机转速、结构关键参数的讨论,结果表明:合理的发动机转速会使气门较为平稳落座;圆锥环形缝隙缓冲不仅可以降低落座速度,而且会影响气门落座时速度的波动;气门质量过大不宜气门的平稳落座;气门弹簧预紧力影响气门落座速度但不会损坏气门。仿真结果为气门落座时的平稳性提供了参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Exploring reasonable valve seating rules is an important measure to improve the reliability of the valve. The hydraulic drive valve AMESim simulation model was established. Through discussion on engine speed and key structural parameters, the results show that: reasonable engine speed causes the valve more stable seated; conical annular gap buffer can not only reduce seating velocity, but also affect valve seating velocity fluctuation; if the valve quality is too large,the valve cannot seated stably; valve spring preload will influence the valve seating velocity but will not damage the valve.It provides reference for the requirements of valve seating.
