    摘要:

    针对车轮踏面参数检测系统的车轮轴线与回转中心的偏心、传感器测量方向不通过回转中心、传感器测量方向与测量面呈交角和车轮轴线与回转中心倾斜等误差因素,建立车轮踏面参数检测系统的误差因素影响模型,分析比较了各误差因素对车轮踏面参数测量值的影响。利用Pro/E软件建立LMA型标准车轮的三维几何模型,并设置模拟采样参数和进行切面采样,通过MATLAB软件对采样数据进行仿真分析。结果表明,仿真结果与设定值一致。

    Abstract:

    In view of the error factors of the train wheel tread parameter detection system those were the eccentricity between the wheel axis and rotation center, the centration between the sensor probe and rotation center, the intersect angle between the sensor probe and measuring surface, the tilt angle between the wheel axis and rotation center, the error factors influence model of the train wheel tread parameter detection system was established. The influences of the error factors on the measurement values of the wheel tread parameters were analyzed and compared. With Pro/E software, the threedimensional geometric model of the LMA standard wheels was established, the analog sampling parameters were set and section sampling was made. By using MATLAB software, the data were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the simulation results and the setting values are consistent.
