    摘要:

    介绍一种基于PLC的碳纤维预浸布超声波切割装置,设计超声波切割装置的机械结构,给出基于PLC的控制系统。该装置可以有效改善碳纤维预浸布的切割主要依靠人工切割的现状,具有切割效率高、质量好等优点。

    Abstract:

    An ultrasonic cutting device for carbon fiber preimpregnated fabric based on PLC was introduced. The mechanical structure of the ultrasonic cutting device was designed and the control system based on PLC was given.By the device,the cutting of carbon fiber preimpregnated fabric which was mainly depended on manual cutting at the present was improved effectively. It has the advantages of high cutting efficiency,good quality,etc.
