Abstract:The design of robot products integrates multiple disciplines, which has a certain comprehensiveness and complexity. With six degrees of freedom (6-DOF) mechanical arm designed and movement simulation, for example, by using LabVIEW application software development platform, the threedimensional (3D) modeling technology and virtual instrument control technology were interegated, and the LabVIEW operability in robotic product design and movement simulation and application characteristic were expounded.Thus the design and movement simulation of the robot are implemented. This method is used to shorten the research and development cycle and to improve the efficiency of product research and development.
