    摘要:

    设计了一种基于金属粉末支撑的GMAW堆焊成形方法,针对自行研制的金属堆焊成形设备,介绍了其铺粉原理和系统组成。开发了该设备的硬件系统和软件系统,对铺粉系统的控制方式以及软件系统的分层算法进行了分析,然后对设备的铺粉精度进行了试验验证,为基于金属粉末支撑的堆焊成形工艺研究提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    A surfacing forming method of gas metal arc welding (GMAW) is designed, which is based on metal powder supporting. Powder principle and system configuration are introduced by the metal surfacing forming equipment that was selfdeveloped. The hardware system and software system of the device were developed, the control method of laying powder system and the hierarchical algorithm of software system were analyzed and the powder precision of equipment was verified by experiment. It lays a foundation for the research of metal powder supporting based the process of surfacing forming.
