    摘要:

    针对配合机器人修切汽车仪表台本体使用的专用夹具成本高、适应性差、不易维修这些问题,基于多点支撑思想,提出全新夹持方案。使用SolidWorks三维建模软件,建立仪表台本体和夹具模型,模拟装配情况。应用ANSYS workbench数值分析软件,分析在该方案下,仪表台受到铣削力后的变形情况。针对数值分析显示的结果,对方案提出改进。按照改进后的方案,重新设置边界条件,进行数值分析,结果显示改进后的多点夹持方案满足修切精度要求。

    Abstract:

    The special fixtures used for trimming automobile dashboard by robot are expensive, unadaptable, and not easy in maintenance. In view of these problems, an entirely new clamping scheme based on the idea of multipoint support is proposed. The automobile dashboard and fixture model were established and simulated assembly by threedimesional (3D) modeling software SolidWorks. The deformation of the being milled workpiece was analysed by numerical analysis software ANSYS workbench in the scheme. Aimed at the result of numerical analysis display, an improved clamping scheme was put forward. In accordance with the improved scheme, reset the boundary conditions, numerical analysis was made again. The results show that the improved multipoint support scheme can meet the accuracy requirements of trimming.
