    摘要:

    现代水液压传动技术是流体传动领域的一门新型技术,但水压泵作为现代水液压传动核心元件,由于受各种因素的制约,开发难度很大,其发展成熟度与油压泵有很大差距。提出了一种新型的采用油压比例系统控制的水压变量泵。该水压变量泵采用油压元件和水压元件的混合设计结构,结构中只采用了少量结构简单、工艺要求很低的水压元件,驱动和控制则采用成熟、可靠的油压元件,使水压变量泵的开发难度大大降低。另外,作为一种对集成度有高度要求的油压、水压一体化元件,实现体积小、质量轻、结构紧凑是结构设计要解决的关键问题之一。而油压系统中油箱对该水压泵体积影响最大,为此,结合新型水压变量泵特点,采用了水冷式油箱,并通过Fluent优化设计,有效地降低了油箱的体积。

    Abstract:

    Modern water hydraulic transmission technology is a new technology in the field of fluid transmission. But as the core component of modern water hydraulic transmission, the water hydraulic pump whose development maturity has a big gap compared with oil hydraulic pump is restricted by various factors, and it is very difficult to develop. A new type of water hydraulic variable pump with oil hydraulic proportional system controlled is presented. The water hydraulic variable pump adopted the mixed design structure of water hydraulic components and oil hydraulic components, only a small amount of simple structure, low technology requirements of the water hydraulic components were used in the structure. The part of drive and control use mature and reliable oil hydraulic components, which made the difficulty of development of the water hydraulic variable pump greatly reduced. In addition, as a kind of oil hydraulic and water hydraulic integrated component with high degree of integration of requirement, it was one of the key problems for structural design to solve that achieved the purpose of small volume, light weight, and compact structure. However, the oil tank of the hydraulic system had the greatest influence on the volume of the water hydraulic pump. Therefore, combining with the characteristics of the new type of water hydraulic variable pump, and the watercooled oil tank is used to reduce the volume of the tank efficiently by optimizing the design through the Fluent software.
