Taking the buffer device of migration model cylinder of the injection molding machine as research object, the influences of working pressure, speed, unilateral gap between buffer set and buffer cavity and the cone length of the buffer set on the buffer pressure and buffer speed were discussed. Modeling and simulation were completed by using AMESim software. The cylinder buffer device structure was improved and the buffer effect was optimized.
