    摘要:

    随着智能制造的快速发展,目前的数控弯管机需提高其柔性加工能力,才能取得突破。针对三滚轮推弯这一柔性弯管工艺,采用数值模拟软件ABAQUS,结合实际弯管机构,通过网格敏感性分析,建立该工艺的数值模拟模型,并从成形过程、起弯处褶皱以及回弹半径3个方面进行实验验证,得出起弯处褶皱的模拟值与实验值相差小于4%、而回弹半径的模拟值与实验值相差小于55%的结论。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, the modern CNC pipe bender is needed to improve its flexible processing ability to get improvement. As to the three roll push bending craft, its numerical simulation model was built by the numerical simulation software ABAQUS based on the real pipe bending structure, and the mesh sensibility analysis method was used. Then the simulation model was verified by experiment in three aspects: forming procedure, wrinkle on the start bending area, springback radius. The results show that the error between the simulation value and experiment value of the wrinkle on the start bending area is less than 4%, and that of the springback is less than 5.5%.
