Flexible mechanism applications in the field of precision machining gradually increase with needs, which enables accurate microdisplacement by the simple shape of flexible chain, but precise control of the amount of the current flexible mechanism has not yet been satisfactorily resolved.On the basis of this,based on flag area modeling finite element analysis(FEA) method is proposed to establish identification mark region by dividing and flexible organization model and compared by simulation analysis and finite element model(FEM). A flexible mechanism model reduction method was proposed. Finally through the application examples of flexible mechanism, the apparent effectiveness of the method is shown.
