    摘要:

    流-压互补同步回路可在不增加生产成本的条件下,通过改变分流阀同步回路的连接方法,提高回路的同步精度。通过数学建模,运用MATLAB软件中的SIMULINK模块,搭建了恒流状态下的分流阀同步回路和流-压互补同步回路,并分析这两种仿真回路在偏载状态下的运行动态响应曲线,验证了流-压互补同步回路在同步精度和响应时间上较分流阀同步回路有显著提高,为该回路在实际工程中的应用提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The flow-pressure complementary synchronous circuit can improve the synchronization precision without increasing any production cost by changing the connection method of diverter valve synchronization circuit. The diverter valve synchronization circuit under constant flow situation and flow-pressure complementary synchronous circuit were built on the basis of mathematical modeling by using the module SIMULINK of software MATLAB. By analyzing the two simulation circuits’ dynamic response curves under partial load condition, the significant increase of synchronization precision and response time of the flow-pressure complementary synchronous compared with diverter valve synchronization circuit is verified, which provide the theoretical reference for practical engineering application of the flow-pressure complementary synchronous circuit.
